- The building Itz Bund, Ostendstr. 1, 70190 Stuttgart is to be renovated energetically as part of the energy efficiency from 08/2021 on the standard EGB 55. The building is connected to the district heating (primary energy factor 0.27). The rooms are heated by radiators. The drinking water requirementis provided via electrical instantaneous water heater. Two rooms (server etc.) are cooled via an air conditioning system and another RLT system supplies a former machine room. The previously unused area in the attic is expanded into office space. Underfloor heating is for thisto provide. In addition, new sanitary rooms are to be created in the attic. The existing sanitary rooms on the ground floor and the upper floor are modernized.
