1. Task description
Task Building description: The building at Eugenstrasse 7 was built in 1902 and is now used as an office building. It is a state -owned building.The State Archive Directorate currently occupies the EC and the 1st - 3rd floor.
When renovation, the structural fire protection, especially in the stairwellas the 1st escape and escape route as well as in relation to the distance areas to the neighboring buildings and adapted to today's regulations.
The object is not under monument protection.
Property and building data: parcel no. 1332 parcel area: approx. 22,000 m2 built -up area:approx. 270 m2 net base area NGF: approx. 1,400 m2 gross base area BGF: approx. 1,700 m2 gross space content BRI: approx. 6,000 m³
At the time of the renovation, the entire building will be cleared. The following construction measures will essentially be necessary:
