Auf der Morgenstelle 36, 72076 Tuebingen, Tuebingen, University, NWI, replacement new building organic, engineering services according to Part 4 Section 2 HOAI, engineering services according to Part 4 Section 2 HOAI Technical equipment LOT 1 HLSK LOT 2 Building automation LOT 3 Electrical engineering LOT 4 Conveyor systems LOT 5 BOS system The overall Bio Sued construction project includes two uses - the replacement building for biology and a new research building "Controlling Microbes to Fight Infections" (CMFI), a cluster of the Excellence Initiative. The building complex consists of 2 components. Component 1 with a length and width of 55m by 55 m provides for a 7-story building pushed into the slope. The component contains parts of the biology and the complete CMFI. In component 1, the lowest level contains 0 rooms with very sophisticated microscopy and floors up to 6 contain largely wet-preparative laboratory areas with the standard S1 and S2. The research animal husbandry and experimental areas assigned to biology will be designed as component 2 down the slope, east of the new delivery road and connected via a tunnel, as a 3-story building.
