- Engineering services according to Part 4 Section 2 HOAI Konrad-Adenauer-Straße 28/30, 70173 Stuttgart, Neue Staatsgalerie - Complete energy renovation, engineering services according to Part 4 Section 2 HOAI, The Staatsgalerie Stuttgart is one of the most important Art museums in Germany with a collection from the Middle Ages to the present. The museum location consists of several buildings: the Alte Staatsgalerie, the Neue Staatsgalerie Stuttgart (designed by James Stirling), which opened in 1984, and the Steibbau. After After over 40 years of intensive use, the Neue Staatsgalerie is in significant need of renovation. The technical building equipment in particular is outdated, prone to failure and energy-intensive. The aim of the planned overall energy renovation is to improve technology, Modernize the building shell and air conditioning, reduce energy consumption and make museum operations sustainable. The planning is carried out in two construction phases: 1.BA: Renovation of the management building (offices, library, recovery room) included technical infrastructure and refrigeration systems as well as optimization of space use. 2.BA: Renovation of the museum building with foyer, exhibition rooms, depots and technology center. In particular, the air conditioning, the glass roofs, the building envelope and the entire technical infrastructure renewed.
