Description:
Framework agreement for engineering services according to Part 4 Section 2 HOAI-Elt for administrative buildings of the state of Baden-Wuerttemberg in the Heilbronn city and country, Hohenlohe, Schwabisch Hall, Main-Tauber and Neckar-Odenwald.
The majority of the services to be provided referson the conversion of electrical systems in existing buildings in ongoing operation (building maintenance). In addition, it also enables the implementation of major measures.
Duration from 01.09.2025 to 31.08.2026, annual extension option up to a maximum of 31.08.2029.
