- 74074 Heilbronn John-F.-Kennedy-Str. 14/1, seminar building, renovation of natural sciences, Engineering services in accordance with Part 4 Section 2 HOAI, Basic services in service phases 1-9 as well as special services in service phases 8+9 for the following investment groups according to Section 53 Paragraph 2 HOAI: 1. Sewage, water and gas systems, 2. heat supply systems, 3. Ventilation systems, 7. usage-specific systems and process engineering systems, 8. Building automation and automation of civil engineering structures. The commission takes place gradually. The building costs (300 + 400) amount to approx. 2.5 million euros gross. Construction is scheduled to begin at the end of 2027 and completion is scheduled for the end of 2029. In building technology, the conversion of the test tables has made it possible Adapt plumbing installation. The conversion also means that several radiators have to be moved and the pipes have to be converted accordingly.
