• Additional information on the negotiation process with a preceding participation competition 1. Conditions for the participation competition (“application or application for participation”) The basis for the participation competition is those on the eVergabe platform (see internet address under points 5.1.11 and 5.1.12 “Communication” of the contract notice published in the EU Official Journal). “General application conditions for the implementation of the participation competition within the framework of a negotiated procedure upstream participation competition” as of 02/2025 and “260227 HPT LCH questionnaire TNW line planning. To take part in the competition (“application or request to participate”), the applicant invites the information provided by bayernets via the eVergabe platform and the participation documents filled out by the applicant in accordance with the following regulations in the eProcurement platform. The applicant only has to use the participation documents/forms provided via the eVergabe platform for his application use. Changes in any form to the participation documents provided via the eProcurement platform are not permitted and can lead to exclusion from the procurement process. Those not required by bayernets are also attached to the application for participation Documents will not be taken into account.
