- The main service components of the service provider already commissioned with the "Framework Agreement Service Management E/MSR East Saxony/Brandenburg", which are to be monitored and accompanied, are:
•Assumption of the entrepreneur's responsibility for the safe operation of the electrical systems, systemenoperator according to VDE 0100-105 by the manager
•Ensuring (5-point safety rule) and cancellation of securing of electrical systems for own work and work of third parties (personnel of the manager)
•Inspection/revision/maintenance of the electrical systems
•Inspection of the electricalThe function of the overcurrent protection devices used for electric drives
•FI protective devices in stationary electrical systems must be electrically tested once a year; in addition, the test device (push button) must be activated and documented every six months.
•Troubleshooting on Shigh-voltage systems and their components, UPS systems, solar systems, cathodic corrosion protection systems (E-part) and E/MSR systems as well as the electrical part of air conditioning systems and dehumidifier devices
•Preparation of fault reports and carrying out fault analyzes - conducting a faultation statistics in editable digital format, e.g. Excel and quarterly reporting
•Maintenance and support of the E/MSR and communication technology, the maintenance cycle is annual
