Description:
The city of Kaarst (client or client) is planning a condition classification and evaluation and a structural renovation concept, taking into account a substance value analysis to optimize and determine the residual book values of the entire public sewerage system (removal, manholes, constructionrke and operating points).
The city of Kaarst has commissioned engineering offices to create a general drainage plan,
a heavy rain analysis and a building renovation concept (medium and large operating points) for the entire Kaarst urban area. The completion of this barments will take place in 2023. The results of the structural and hydraulic renovation requirements and the resulting construction measures must be taken into account.
The end result should be from the holistic renovation concept - on the basis of the hydraulic and structural condition of the drainage systemen and taking into account a list of priorities - measures for economic damage repair are derived.
