Description:
The subject of this contract is services of the performance profile Technical building equipment in accordance with §§ 53 ff. HOAI regarding the renovation of the elementary school in the local community of Daeiden, which belongs to the Arzfeld community. The services of the technical planning specialist planning are for the above Building for the following plant group in accordance with Section 53 (2) HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15.2 on Section 55 (3), 56 (3) HOAI (property list): 1. Wastewater, water and gas systems 2. Heat supply systems 3. Large power plants 5. Lots of telecommunications and information technology systems 6. Funding systems 7. Usage -specific systems and process engineering systems 8. Building automation and automation of engineering structures. The building in question was built in 1973 as primary and secondary school. After the secondary school is eliminated, the basement and upper floor are empty and are allowed are not used for fire protection reasons. As part of a general renovation of the building, the building is now to be divided into 3 usage units: - Rooms for the single primary school with afternoon care - 8 apartments, some of which are barrier -free for use The local community of Daleiden or local associations. The entire building is also to be brought up to date energetically, which is why the KfW funding is requested here. The performance phases 1-3 have already been awarded and fulfilled. There is a design planning for outdoor lighting, Lightning protection and PV system, electro DG, EG, KG, earthing system, basic lines eG, KG, heating DG, EG, KG, charging infrastructure, ventilation roof, DG, EC, KG, waste water DG, EG, KG.
