• The subject of this contract are services in the building service profile in accordance with §§ 53 ff. HOAI system groups 1, 2, 3 (Lot 1) for the renovation of the Albert Schweitzer sports hall in Alzey. As the client's objectives at the time the contract is concluded (Planning and monitoring objectives within the meaning of Section 650p Paragraph 2 BGB) the following minimum requirements are defined - in the sense of a contractual quality agreement: The city of Alzey is planning the conversion and renovation of the sports hall Albert Schweitzer Elementary School. The subject of this contract is the technical equipment service in accordance with §§ 51 ff. HOAI for the renovation of the Albert Schweitzer sports hall in Alzey. The renovation of the sports hall is intended to be more energy efficient Climate-friendly non-residential building (KFN) that meets the requirements of an efficiency building 55 must be planned and constructed. Furthermore, the regulations for non-residential buildings run by the public sector are in accordance with the Building Energy Act (GEG) and the Renewable Energy Heat Act (EEWärmeG) must generally be observed and adhered to. Service phases 1 - 3 for property planning have already been fully processed and completed. The present results are included in these tender documents as Appendix C attached. The advertised scope of services is therefore as follows: The subject of the tender is the provision of planning services for the services of technical equipment (§ 53 HOAI), service phases 1-9 for system groups 1, 2, 3.
