Location of performance: Senftenberg, plant location Klein Partwitz Title of performance: Engineering services for the technical accompaniment and support of the system for cathodic corrosion protection (KKS) on the transitor 3a Type and scope of performance: - Control of an existing KKS system - Examination and implementation of the official approval - installation of data loggers - Implementation and documentation of control measurements - Accompanying the system operation and updating the existing system documentation Execution period: 13.01.2026 - 31.12.2026, options for the years 2027 and 2028 options in accordance with Section 132 (2) No. 1 GWB The services for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 and from 01.01.2028 to 31.12.2028 are agreed annually as an option. The client is commissioned by one -sided declaration to the contractor under the following conditions: Satisfied execution of the benefits provided up to that point Commissioning of the option, even if the aforementioned conditions are met. Option is commissioned, the contractor is to provide the optional services for the agreed Conditions obligated.
