Description:
It is intended to obtain an Enterprise Service Management Cloud platform for the digitization of the specialist processes available in the general administration, as well as the associated service for implementation and operation. Since this is a transformation of the way of working Pulling, organizational advisory services should also be obtained to improve acceptance. In the future, the ESM platform procured here should also be used by further (possibly even all) organizational units of the MPG and further expanded to include further ESM functionalities. The contractual status is divided into 2 lots:
Los 1: Cloud platform and implementation service
Lot 2: Organizational consulting service
The scope of services For the lot 1 delivery, implementation, introduction and operation of an ESM tool, roughly composed of the following performance components:
1. Delivery of the ESM tool as SaaS according to the specified requirements and legal requirements
2. Configuration and adaptation of the ESM tool to the Requirements of the customer
3. Definition of the technical services and their illustration in the ESM tool
4. Introduction of the ESM solution including the associated service processes
5. Ensuring the continuous application and infrastructure operation including regular updates
