- The building is the representation of GIZ in Berlin. The peculiarity of the property is that the GIZ representative is an administrative building with event operations. Around 100 employees work in the building. Events, partly with the participation of high-ran-gig people of public life, take place almost every day. The events take place overly on the ground floor (approx. 380 m2, 6 rooms) and on the 5th floor (approx. 270 m2, 5 rooms). In 2019, around 8,200 event participants and an additional 7,000 guests and visitors were registered. The number has been since 2020 the present events decreased noticeably, but is currently expanding again. In 2023, 5,000 event guests and an additional 4,000 Besu -ches were registered. The 5-story building on the Reichpietschufer 20, 10785 Berlin is listed and has been after ECO management since 2013 and audit scheme (EMAS) certified. It is not the right to disabled people and consists in the following: - Office rooms (1st to 4th of the 4th) - open -plan office (4th floor) - Event rooms EG and 5th floor - basement with technical rooms - ATRIUM in the ground floor - underground garage - outdoor area/ publicly accessible open space Corresponding photos can be found in the facility. The building height is approx. 24.37m up to ridge height. The atrium has a height of approx. 16.60m. In addition, the house only has a limited storage space - especially for the event mobile -AR. Therefore, intermediate stores in the underground car park or Transports between the floors. The listed elevator with glass housing (1.20 x 0.9 m, 6 people / 450 kg, 0.7 m / s) is only suitable for this, so the vast majority of transport work must be carried out via the stairwells.
