Description:
The Baden-Wuerttemberg Regional Finance Directorate (State Center for Data Processing, LZfD) needs envelopes for its printing and shipping center as well as for Baden-Wuerttemberg's tax offices.
What will be needed in 2026:
- Lot 1: 22.4 million pieces of printed envelopes (2.4 million of which are for determined by the tax offices)
Before the envelopes are produced, a proof must be submitted for each print. The envelopes may only be manufactured after approval the Baden-Wuerttemberg Regional Finance Directorate.
The envelopes without printing and some of the envelopes with advertising printing are delivered to the address of the OFD BW printing and shipping center in 76133 Karlsruhe.
The envelopes with advertising print are delivered to the respective recipients Locations of the tax offices throughout Baden-Wuerttemberg.
22.4 million with advertising imprint according to sample or specifications
If the contract is optionally extended for another year, further delivery quantities (estimated at 22 million/without minimum purchase quantity) will be called up.
The call quantities for The envelopes without printing based on 12 months will be around 16 million.
If the contract is optionally extended for another year, additional delivery quantities (estimated at 16 million/without minimum purchase) will be called up.
