- Production of an epoxy resin industrial coating on floor and base surfaces in a new building. The service includes all preparatory work such as cleaning, shot blasting, diamond grinding, testing the substrate moisture and adhesive strength, joint renovation and closing of cracks and damaged areas. A two-component, solvent-free EP coating (total solid, approx. 2 mm) is then applied in accordance with AGI worksheet A 80 or BEB worksheet KH-3, including edge and transition areas. The coating is for medium mechanical and suitable for chemical stress and can be used in hygienically sensitive areas (e.g. food industry).
