• The state capital Erfurt, as the lower nature conservation authority, has a valid landscape plan from 1997, which presents the goals, requirements and measures of nature conservation and landscape management (illustration cover sheet). Landscape plans have the content requirements of Section 9 Paragraph 3 to comply with the Federal Nature Conservation Act (BNatSchG) and Section 40 of the Environmental Impact Assessment Act (UVPG). The landscape planning objectives must be taken into account in the assessment in accordance with Section 1 Paragraph 7 of the Building Code (BauGB) and can be presented as representations or stipulations in accordance with Sections 5 and 9 of the BauGB be included in the construction plans. This Erfurt landscape plan dates from 1997. It is available in analogue format. The plan now has extensive deficiencies in terms of content. Due to the large number of necessary changes, the plan is to be revised. In preparation for this, the framework concept for the "Green Master Plan" was developed in 2016 (scale 1:33,000). Based on the framework concept, part of the Erfurt urban area has already undergone in-depth landscape planning work in the period 2016-2018. Objective of the New planning is the creation of a technically up-to-date, design-appealing, geo-referenced landscape plan.
