Description:
The following planning services are required:
Project management, technical project management, electrical planning, construction logistics, SiGeKo
LPH 1 - 8 or 9 according to HOAI or based on the AHO are agreed.
Ernst von Bergmann Kaserne Munich, expansion of laboratory areas IMB, BSL3 - Laboratory containerBioStoffV
The plan is to build a new BSL3 laboratory in the Ernst von Bergmann barracks in Munich. Due to the required prompt implementation, the two-story new building is planned as a container-based modular construction. The laboratory container is free-standing with a connection to the existing institute buildingaud. The classification of the new laboratory building is protection level 3 according to the Biological Substances Ordinance.
The planned usable area is 155m2.
The estimated construction costs are €11,000,000 excluding additional costs.
Combined planning services (general planning) are tendered for the creation of a performance specificationWriting with service program with support from TU and quality assurance of the measure.
