Project description:
The municipality of Erzhausen plans an open and green residential area "The four morning" in the northeast of the municipal area, directly west of the railway line between Frankfurt and Darmstadt. Due to the planned residential area, residential development in the northeast of the municipality canErzhausen concluded and the outskirts are rounded off.
A total of approx. 310 new residential units for approx. 710 inhabitants are to be built on approx. 6.4 hectares. Around 200 residential units can be produced in apartment buildings (storey apartment construction), of which at least 52 residential unitsof the living space funding law must be socially promoted. In addition, a new daycare center is being built within the residential area. A central neighborhood park with a playground and the adjacent natural spaces offer opportunities for local recreation.
The goal of the municipality of Erzhausen is the creationof affordable and funded living space, especially for families and low -income people. An attractive residential area is to be created with a wide range of different forms of living.
