ESA-2027 The IFT Institute for Therapy Research Munich (client) is planning to carry out a population survey in Germany in spring/summer 2027 with financial support from the Federal Ministry of Health (BMG) as part of the Epidemiological Addiction Surveys (ESA) 2027. The field work should be carried out by a field research institute. The aim is to obtain a sample of German-speaking people (at least 10,000). There should be a procedure for data collection consisting of written and internet surveys can be used. Drawing the sample: The selection of the municipalities from whose population registers the sample is to be drawn should be based on the stratification cells from the combination of districts, Government districts and federal states with 10 BIK community size classes. The drawing according to birth cohorts should be carried out in proportion to the size of the population in the federal states, but disproportionately to the age distribution of the population.
