Description:
The previously conducted open procedure "ESM Tool" (publication number of the announcement: 537473-2025 from August 18, 2025) included lots 1 to 2, but lot 1 (cloud platform and implementation and operational services) had to be canceled in accordance with Section 63 Paragraph 1 No. 1 VgV. That's why they stand Services from the previous lot 1 are now in competition again with this award procedure.
The intention is to create an Enterprise Service Management Cloud platform for the digitalization of the specialist processes existing in the general administration, as well as the associated services for Procure implementation and operation. In the future, the ESM platform procured here should also be used by other (possibly even all) MPG organizational units and expanded to include further ESM functionalities.
