Description: There are 3 water management systems and a culvert in the planning area. There are 2 weir systems (sheet pile weirs) in the Steiner River as well as a small weir system (concrete wall weir) and a culvert in the inflowing trench.
The aim is to find a solution through the planning that meets the demands on the landscape water balance and the associated water management with regard to agricultural use, settlement management as well as soil and nature conservation, but also aims at the continuity of the water bodies.
In the course of the general planning, engineering services are to be provided as a level option contract (level allocation) in accordance with the service profiles of the fee schedule for architects and engineers (HOAI) for service phases 1-9 and special services.
