Description:
The municipality of Eiweiler intends to build a new daycare center. The construction project includes the construction of a facility with a total of eight groups, divided into four Ue3 and four U3 groups. The aim is to create modern, child -friendly and functional rooms taking into account Pedagogical and energetic requirements.

The project is realized as a module building.
The requirements of the spatial program for kindergartens in Saarland must be taken into account.
The construction area is shown in the zone plan (Appendix zone plan). The property is owned by the municipality of Heusweiler.
The daycare center can be realized on two floors. Due to the hillside position, a ground -level execution is also conceivable for both floors.
Particular importance is based on a pedagogical and need -oriented interior design laid. Ideas to facilitate the work processes of the staff and the creation of child -friendly, versatile rooms are welcome. The spatial design should promote the quality of individual relationships and enable spaces for multiple use.
