The subject of the order is the establishment and operation of a public bicycle rental system (FVS) in the Bielefeld urban area from 05/2026 based on the existing system "Heinkensiggi". A station -based system with at least 650 rental bikes is planned at least 59 locations. AllThe operator should provide essential functions of the company. The annual cost recovery subsidy of Mobiel GmbH is limited to a maximum of € 418,000.00 plus sales tax.
