- The AGR waste disposal company Ruhr area mbH (hereinafter referred to as AGR) plans to build and operate a new treatment plant for 500,000 t/a rust pockets from several settlement waste incineration plants. This so-called Wera recycling system will be in the Herten-Sued industrial area,south of the waste power plant RZR Herten. As part of the construction of the Wera, the construction of four so -called hall structures is planned: (1) The establishment of a processing hall, (2) The establishment of a hall of shredders, (3) The construction of a roofing area as well(4) The construction of a switching station. Machine technology will be located in the hall structures in the future; They therefore also serve to protect immission.
