Description: The Urban Clinic "St. Georg" Leipzig, own operation of the city of Leipzig, intends to establish and later leasing a multifunction building on its property in Delitzscher Straße 141. The building is for use as a central location for vehicles of the rescue service in the Leipziger north, As a car park for employees of the St. Georg group of companies and private individuals as well as office and work buildings for companies in the biomedical industry.
The multifunction building consists of 3 functionally to be separating areas:
Basement and ground floor:
Rescue guard with
- Parking areas for up to 30 rescue vehicles
- All necessary logistics, cleaning and maintenance surfaces
- Dressing and sanitary facilities
- Services and lounges for the employees
