Description:
SWE Environmental Service GmbH (SWE Us) is a company of the Stadtwerke Erfurt Group (SWE for short) and operates a residual waste treatment plant (Raba for short) at the Erfurt-Ost location. The Raba was built in 2006 and is a combination system made of mechanical treatment system (MBA), energeticUploading system (ENVA) and sewage sludge drying system (KTA). In the Raba, approx. 85,000 T/A residual waste (house and commercial waste as well as bulky waste) from the Thuringian state capital Erfurt are treated mechanically and thermally and 25,000 t/a drained sewage sludge from the sewage treatment plant of the ErfurtDrainage operation dried. The current amendment to the sewage sludge regulation calls for the recovery of phosphorus from the sewage sludge from 2029. For this reason, the SWE Us intends the construction and operation of a sewage sludge monover fuel (KMV short) with the aim of thethus obtained phosphorus containing ashes. The SWE US intends to use the system commercially in the 1st quarter of 2029. In terms of process, the KMV is to be connected to the existing ENVA and KTA. In particular, the ENVA flue gas cleaning system is supposed tobe used. As part of this tender, the performance of construction technology, infrastructure and TGA is to be awarded. The construction work essentially includes the following sizes: - The planning, procurement and construction of a new building for the sewage sludge recycling system, including all necessaryInstallation, such as adjoining rooms and stairs. - The planning, procurement and construction of all heating, climate and ventilation systems required for operation. - The planning, procurement and construction of all outdoor facilities (e.g. access roads, access roads) of the sewage sludge recycling system. - ThePlanning, procurement and construction of a pipe bridge with a length of approx. 15m.
