As part of the new construction of the Incyte Labor building, the approximately 150m2 foyer, which is located on the ground floor, and 3 equally large rooms, approx. 47m2, in an exposed location for the use of the students, are to be equipped as attractive stay, learning and work rooms. If different functions are to be planned per floor, see specified use of space per room position. A fixed budget of up to 100,000 EUR plus VAT is provided with total equipment.
