Description:
The subject of this tender is the production and delivery of the track building material for the Haus-Berge-Strasse section towards Zollstrasse with all crossings, branches and intermediate rails. The rails to be delivered are straight and curved grooved rails 60r2 as well as straight and curvedVignol rails 49E1. In addition, round tie rods, track drainage boxes and track connection boxes must be delivered for the areas with track rust. The track rust must be presented including the attachment parts (track connection boxes) and with corresponding rail braid profiles inside and outside as well as withto stick a rail foot profile and the trace insulating profile, tie rod caps and the tie rod covers, all system RCS or equivalent kind. In addition, the fastening material of the track grate is in the form of plastic screw dowel, base plate, intermediate plate, clamping plateand to deliver threshold screws. The rails to be delivered are assigned to the Essen 51 planning section. The entire track branch is carried out with groove rails as well as groove rail crossings and groove rail switches on wooden thresholds. The track branch is located in the area of oneMass-spring system for reducing the vibrations.2.8
