EU_KCM_Nutzungsdatenerfassung_Project management and accompanying research - comprehensive coordination, scientific support, control of communication and evaluation of field tests. The objectives of the service are project management, sample management, Statistical analyses, incentives and communication concepts that are necessary for carrying out the field tests as part of EAV Level 3 (nationwide demand-oriented revenue distribution). The subject of this tender is the provision of services for the comprehensive coordination, control and scientific support of the field tests for the collection and analysis of usage data in the context of the future revenue distribution of the Deutschlandticket. The aim is to carry out one methodically sound field tests in which different approaches to collecting usage data are tested and evaluated under real operating conditions. The knowledge gained should serve as a basis for decision-making for the further development of the Usage-based revenue distribution (level 3).
