- The state of Rhineland-Palatinate intends to procure the achievements of a development team in a total of two loose in order to adapt and develop a web-based state-based school administration software modularly in order using agile methods. The Rhineland-Palatinate is currently workingSchools with a national school administration software that is designed as a decentralized solution. In order to increase data quality and reduce the administrative effort for administration and technology, the Ministry of Education Rhineland-Palatinate is planning to graduallyto switch to a safe, web -based solution. As the basis for the Rhineland-Palatinate solution, the system used in the federal states of Hesse and Berlin is to be used in the federal states of Hesse and Berlin in order to develop synergy effects in further development by the countries involvedto use. The web-based school administration software must be connected to the existing overall system with the central components contained therein (e.g. state central database in SVP-RLP, master data server and central user administration Education portal with multi-factor authentication).The gradual development and commissioning should be done in terms of school and integrated into the existing system landscape of the RLP education portal.
