Description: The subject of procurement is the adaptation of a billing software tailored to the needs of Stadtwerke Hürth and its operation, the care after acceptance and their further development and adaptation. The Stadtwerke Hürth plan to procure a billing system as "Software AS A Service" (SaaS). The billing software will be integrated into the existing system landscape and support private and public accounts.
