- The advertised overall service will be awarded in one lot. The advertised service essentially consists of the individual services listed under point 5.1 (LOT-0001). Heating system construction to optimize the heat supply for the special purpose association Waste treatment Kahlenber The Kahlenberg waste treatment association (ZAK) operates several cogeneration units, a biomass boiler and additional boilers with oil burners to supply heat to the property at the Ringsheim site also for the city's district heating supply Ringsheim. In order to ensure the heat supply, adjustments and renovations to the hydraulic connection should be carried out and a buffer storage with around 120 m³ capacity will be built. Furthermore, should several district heating transfer stations Optimization measures are carried out on the company premises in order to reduce the return temperatures. The scope of delivery essentially includes: - Dismantling 2 plate heat exchangers 2 MW each - Dismantling of 3 pressure vessels - Renewal of the pressure maintenance system and 3 new pressure maintenance vessels, each 2,000 liters. - Buffer storage installed outside 120 m³ - Renewal of district heating pumps - Hydraulic conversion and thermal insulation work - Wiring of the scope of delivery - Other Integration work Doc Title: EU-wide tender for a heating system construction to optimize the heat supply for the Kahlenberg waste treatment association Contract Type: works
