- The subject of the tender is the delivery of two chassis with a permissible total weight of 16 tons and two winter service festivals. The services to be achieved consist of the delivery of the chassis (Lot 1) and the delivery of the winter service festivals (LOS 2). Here, the buildings from the contractor of Loses 2 must be assembled onto the chassis and assembled into complete vehicles.
Delivery of two chassis for scatter and clearing vehicles by 30.11.2025 at the latest
The following (side) services include the contractual scope of services:
• supply the chassis to a location of the Los 2 contractor in Germany
• Provision of the lot -specific technical documents
• Ensuring the spare parts deliveries of the most common spare parts for at least 10 years
Delivery of the winter service festival as well as complete assembly of the Vehicles and delivery by 31.01.2026 at the latest
The following (side) services include the contractual scope of services:
• Acceptance (representative of the client) and intermediate storage of the delivered chassis
• Delivery and assembly of winter service festivals
• Complete assembly of the Vehicles, approval according to StVZO
• Transfer of the complete vehicles at the client's location in Hagen
• Provision of the lot -specific technical documents
• Instruction/training of the client's operating personnel at the location of the client
