The subject of this procurement procedure is the allocation of general planning services for the following planning services according to HOAI:
- Object planning Buildings and interiors
- Object planning free facilities
- Technical building equipment (electrical and HLS)
- structural planning
- Bau physics

The Fuchshof School is a 2 rapid primary school in Schorndorf from 1963. It has been a cultural monument in accordance with Section 2 Monument Protection Act BW since 2018. The school consists of 5 individual pavilions and a connection. In the course of a feasibility studyIt was found that the school is able to renovate.
The subject of this award procedure is the allocation of general planning services for the following planning services according to HOAI:
- Object planning Buildings and interiors
(performance phases 1 to 3, 5 to 8)
- Object planning open systems (performance phases1 to 3, 5 to 8)
- Electroplanization (performance phases 1 to 3, 5 to 8)
- HLS Planning (performance phases 1 to 3, 5 to 8)
- Building physical planning (performance phases 1 to 3, 5 to 7)

The first pavilion has already been renovated. In the rhythm of 2Years are now to be renovated the following 4 pavilions and the connection. According to funding requirements, it is possible that the last pavilion will be renovated a year earlier.
