- As part of the H2ANSE project, a decentralized hydrogen production plant is to be built on the EBL premises. In this context, various planning and engineering services must be provided. The aim of this tender process is to: Identification and commissioning of a qualified specialist planner to provide these services. To produce the hydrogen, a PEM electrolyser with a stack output of 1 MW must be installed on the waste disposal company's premises Lübeck planned. The system is supplemented by a compressor and trailer filling station. The electrical energy to operate the electrolyser is provided by an already planned PV system with a peak output of approx. 7 MWp on the southern slope of the neighboring Niemark waste landfill is to be installed and operated by EBL. The subject of this tender is all engineering services required for the construction of the hydrogen production plant. One is planned General planner or lead engineer model with overall coordination responsibility. The contractor (= technical consultant) takes over the interdisciplinary coordination of all technical disciplines. The interfaces to authorities and funding providers will be supervised by the EBL. The technical advisor is also responsible for all approval procedures and reporting required by the funding provider.
