Description:
To ensure that the project goals are achieved, an evaluation concept should be created by an external service provider. On the basis of key figures that, for example, map the figures of the participating groups and the range on social media, surveys on the changes in attitudes of the participants and the method of qualitative interviews, the various fields of activity of the project can be identified and evaluated. The different levels of action of outputs via outcomes to impacts can be evaluated with the help of qualitative and quantitative methods and then adjusted in the further course of the project. The project support by an external contractor for the evaluation ensures that weaknesses and strengths in the implementation can be reacted flexibly. The project -accompanying evaluation therefore enables content and methodical adjustment in the various modules, provided that the intermediate results of the evaluation show whether and why certain key figures should not be achieved.
