Description:
The presentation E/4 in the Saarland Ministry of Economics, Innovation, Digital and Energy (MWIDE) is the responsible administrative authority for the program ERRE SAARLAND in the destination "Investments in employment and growth" 2021-2027 (hereinafter: ERFRE program Saarland 2021-2027). It manages that Efre program Saarland 2021-2027 and is responsible for its proper implementation. The Saarland 2021-2027 Efre program was officially approved by the European Commission in a first changed version on May 28, 2025. For the ERRE program Saarland 2021-2027 in the amount of around EUR 131 million (plus technical aid) available, which are supplemented by national public and/or private funds. Overall, an investment volume of around EUR 327 million is available for the Saarland 2021-2027 EFRE program. The Saarland Efre program 2021-2027 consists of four thematic priorities: a) Priority 1: Research and innovation for this are available around EUR 59.1 million of the ERDRE agent (approx. 45%). Priority 1 only includes funding measures by the Ministry of Economics, Innovation, Digital and Energy (MWide) such as the expansion of the research infrastructure and the internal promotion of research, development and innovation. b) Priority 2: Support of SMEs for this are available around EUR 25.9 million of the ERDRE agent (approx. 20 %).
