- The subject of evaluation is the project quality development for the Senior Nutrition Rhineland-Palatinate - establishment of a Network Unit Senior Nutrition. Focus: improving the quality of catering options in retirement homes and mobile menu services and improve the catering situation of seniors that supply at home or in outpatient residential communities have themselves or be cared for by relatives. the following objectives were defined for the project (for details, see Annex): General objective: The Network Unit Senior Nutrition has been established in Rhineland-Palatinate. Main goal: a network of organizations and actors * inside, inside, living in the care of senior * at home, work, and a network for catering managers in retirement homes and providers of "meals on wheels" are built and established.
