  In the course of the structural change in the Lusatian area caused by the coal phase -out, extensive measures in the areas of economy,Technology and science promoted. As part of the Structural Strengthening Act, the city of Cottbus should also benefit from such measures and will develop in the future through the planned settlements of business and technology companies as well as scientific institutions.For the EVC network area, this means that the load density in the medium -voltage network will increase greatly at selected locations and that new challenges regarding network planning must be managed. In this context, the construction of a switching and protection station on Parcelstrasse inCottbus provided. The order is divided into loosely - "building clearance including civil engineering and assembly work" (lot 1), "demolition, disassembly, disposal" (loose 2.1 and 2.2), "building construction, civil engineering, outdoor facilities" (lot 3) and "technical equipment" (lot 4).
