Description:
The Kempten trade fair and event company - Allgäuer Festwoche - intends to award the event technology for the Allgäuer Festwochen 2026 to 2028. The consumer fair, which takes place annually in August, with around 400 exhibitors and various Gastronomy businesses have been among the TOP ten consumer trade fairs in Germany for years. The services essentially include: city park stage (stage technology, sound technology and lighting technology), announcement and emergency public address system, people counting system, Entry traffic lights, network infrastructure, access gates, atmospheric lighting in the city park, pollution control technology --- Particular difficulties due to the location of the construction site in public space and a terrain profile with large differences in height. --- Dates: The construction usually begins in the first week of July and lasts 3 weeks. Dismantling usually begins in the middle of the 3rd week of August and lasts 2 weeks. The Allgäu Festival Week 2026 will take place from August 8th to 16th, so dismantling from August 17th, 2026. The Execution deadlines for the Allgäu Festival Weeks 2027 and 2028 will be announced to the contractor in good time. Event services (CPV code: 79952000)
