• Car station wagon uniformed Car SUV uniformed Car SUV uniformed with battery-electric drive Transporter uniformed Transporter uniformed for use on federal highways Car SUV neutral with battery-electric drive Transporter neutral The police With this Europe-wide tender, Baden-Württemberg intends to use the open procedure in accordance with Section 119 Paragraph 3 of the Act Against Restraints of Competition (GWB), Sections 14 Paragraph 2 and 15 of the Procurement Ordinance (VgV) to include vehicles in the passenger car station wagon, SUV and van classes police-specific equipment (silver-traffic blue and neutral) to be procured in 7 lots using a framework agreement with one contractor each. The framework agreement ends for each lot on December 31, 2027, without the need for termination, unless in accordance with Section 3 of the Supplementary Contractual Conditions (see Appendix 02) if an extension option for a further year is used, or the special right of termination is asserted by the client, see Section 3 of the Supplementary Contractual Conditions (see Appendix 02). The expected delivery quantity for all 7 lots is 648 vehicles in the basic term of the framework agreement (see Appendix 04 - delivery times). However, this is only an expected, i.e. estimated, quantity; More or Smaller quantities are possible.
