This is an EX ANTE PUBLICATION in accordance with Section 135 Paragraph 3 Sentence 1 No. 2 VGV for the procurement of the SAP ARIBA/SAP APM pharmacy solution, which is to be commissioned via Snap Consulting GmbH, Lilienthalstrasse 17 in 85399 Hallbergmoos.

This announcement is a voluntary ex-ante transparency announcement. S.d. Section 135 Paragraph 3 GWB. The client is therefore of the opinion that the tendered service is based on exclusive rights, in particular commercial onesIntellectual property rights (exclusive license rights) can only be provided or provided by a specific company. We have received approval from SAP to act as a reference company. This reduces competition to just one company, SNAP. There is none for the client eitherAlternative with the solutions that make sense in the context of SAP ARIBA and SAP4HANA in addition to SNAP for the special requirements of the pharmacy.
