- The city of Frechen intends to commission project management and quality assurance services to accompany the turnkey construction of a 5-class rotation building (cluster school Sek I including all-day area) at the Zum Kuckental 7, 50226 Frechen location. The contractor takes over Project management services in accordance with AHO Issue No. 9 (as of May 2025) for project stages 1-5 as well as special services for quality assurance and TU controlling during the planning and construction phase (2026 - 2030)
