The AOK Rhineland -Palatinate/Saarland - The Health Insurance Fund (hereinafter referred to as the client) in the form of an open procedure, the examination of the annual accounts 2025 and 2026 of health insurance including appendix as well as the compensation funds according to the AAG and the care fund.Annual accounts
The contractor has in accordance with the requirements of Section 77 (1a) SGB IV and §§ 316 ff. HGB, taking into account the German principles of proper final exams determined by the IDW and the special features in the examination of the annual accounts of the provider of the statutoryHealth insurance (IDW PH 9.430.1) and the other legal provisions applicable to statutory health and nursing care insurance for the annual invoices of health and long-term care insurance and the compensation according to the expenses compensation law for the client and oneCreate the test report. The test report is to be made according to the professional principles of the IDW PS 450. The exam must be carried out in German. The annual invoices must be checked for the previous year until mid -May (for the first time in May 2026). The test report must be ended at the latestMay. The examination must contain the requirements for accounting according to the provisions on the account framework of the statutory health and social long-term care insurance.services
