Description:
ALDB GmbH has to assign an order to the final exam of the 2025 financial year plus an extension option for the 2026, 2027 and 2028 financial year. This is the examination of the annual financial statements with the inclusion of the bookkeeping and the management report as well as itselfAt the annual financial statements or bookkeeping of the special examinations mentioned, the examination according to §53 Budgetary Principal Setting Act (HGRG) and, if necessary, the examination of the sustainability report on the legal requirement valid for the examination period.And further exams
The examination of the annual financial statements is in accordance with Section 317 HGB, taking into account the German principles of proper final examination (see IDW PS 450 AD), including all necessary work for preparation and follow-upto take.
The corresponding examination must be planned and carried out in such a way that violations or incorrectness, which are presented on the presentation of the image of asset, which is conveyed by the annual financial statements, taking into account the principles of proper bookkeeping and by the management report by the position report and by the position report.Effect the financial and earnings situation significantly, be recognized with sufficient security.
