Description:
In accordance with § 140 (1) Point 2 KVG LSA, the auditing office of the Saalekreis district (client) must carry out the task of examining the annual financial statements of the own businesses and institutions of public law in accordance with Section 142 KVG LSA. To fulfill this task, the auditing office can use an auditor in accordance with § 142 (2) KVG LSA. The responsibility of the auditing office for the examination of the annual financial statements of the special -purpose associations is based on § 16 (1), sentence 1 GKG LSA, which regulates the same application of the regulations of the municipalities and thus uses § 142 (2) KVG LSA.
On this basis, the auditing office of the district of Saalekreis intends to award the services for examining the annual financial statements for the period of five years for the following service:
Confederation for water supply and wastewater disposal Geiseltal for the annual financial statements 2025 up to and including 2029.
