Carrying out invoice corrections according to specifications. The invoice corrections take place within SAP IS/U and relate to both supplier and network issueson one side, sometimes also across the board. The process includes cancellation, correction of transaction data and new billing including documentation. According to experience, AHT is 9 minutes. Volume approx. 5,500 pieces per year
MSCONS processing is carried out according to specifications. The editingThe MSCONS for meter reading data mainly takes place in the DAP tool within SAP IS/U. MSCONS processing consists of 80% invoice corrections and 20% meter reading corrections and recording. Processing takes place on both the supplier and the network operator side, sometimes across the board. The process includes MSCONS review, review and processing decision.
