Execution planning to property support for the construction of a new dormitory for students in Dresden
The Studentenwerk Dresden on the property of the Studentenwerk Dresden in Fritz-Loeffler-Strasse 10-16 intends to build a new student dormitory. The new building is with a base areaof approx. 102 m x 8.5 m or 11.5 m planned and is to be realized with a partial basement in the area of the southern staircase. The building is said to be built from four parts of the building, which are placed together in a blunt angle, the part of which is 8-storey, two part of the building.7-storey and a discontinued part of the building are 6-storey. The roof must be provided as a flat roof with external rain drainage. The building is opened by two inputs from Fritz-Loeffler-Strasse, equipped with the bell. On theExisting student dormitory Fritz-Loeffler-Strasse 12 facing the back are also arranged two entrances. The mailboxes are located in the entrance areas of the rear accesses. The apartments are opened up via two stairwells with elevators and vibration -based arcades.In total there are 137 fully furnished apartments for 149 dormitories on earth and upper floors.
