The content of this contract is support in filling Critical Skill Employees with a specialized partner.
Critical Skills Employees are employees who either have bottleneck vacancies (positions that are difficult to fill in the long term) or key functions (positions that require performanceensure data port capability) or FutureSkills (positions that are relevant for future business models).
The following vacancies can be an example:
•Software developer (f/m/d)
•IT administrator (f/m /d)
•Lawyer(f/m/d)
•Manager(f/m/d)
Task of the orderehmers will be to support the client, Dataport, in the preparation and development of the detailed job profiles for the vacancies. The contractor has the requirements of Dataport on the procedural and structural organizational issues for the implementation of the growth strategygy of data port to be taken into account. Based on the job profile developed, the contractor also undertakes the qualified search and selection of suitable candidates, designs and implements suitable selection procedures and advises Dataport on the selection decisiona framework agreement is to be concluded. The term of the contract begins with the award of the contract and lasts for 2 years. The client has the option to extend the term twice for a further year.
